Commission Terms
GENERAL
-
Please submit your request via VGen or the contact form on this website. I usually respond to inquiries within one week.

Prices are subject to change.
-
I accept commissions only for characters you own or have permission to commission.

Models are delivered in VRM format. Conversion to other formats is the client’s responsibility, and functionality after conversion is not guaranteed.
-
Please respond within 3 days whenever possible. Delayed responses may affect the production schedule or delivery deadline.
PAYMENTS
-
Payment is required in advance.
-
For regular commissions, payment must be completed within 3 weeks after the invoice is sent. The commission slot is reserved after payment is completed. Unpaid commissions may be canceled after this period.

For Surprise Me commissions, payment is required immediately upon acceptance.
-
VGen commissions must be paid through VGen. Direct commissions are paid via PayPal; bank transfer is also available for clients in Japan.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Estimated production time is approximately one month, depending on my schedule.
-
I will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed delivery deadline. Delays caused by client responses, request changes, or unforeseen circumstances may require schedule adjustments.

During production, I may work on personal or fan art projects. This will not affect the agreed production schedule or delivery deadline.
USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copyright to the 3D model and original work remains with the artist.
-
The delivered model may be used for streaming, monetized online content, and social media.
-
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files is prohibited.
-
Use of my artwork or models for NFTs or AI-related purposes is prohibited.
-
Physical merchandise featuring the model requires prior permission and may require an additional licensing fee.
PORTFOLIO USE
-
Completed work may be used in my portfolio and promotional materials after the client has publicly debuted or shared the model.
-
Private / No Portfolio Use may be available for an additional fee. Please contact me in advance.
DESIGN REFERENCES & COLOR ROUGHS
-
Design references must be provided before production begins.
-
Regular custom Chibi3D commissions include a front-view color rough.
-
Front-view-only references are accepted. If side or back references are not provided, those areas will be designed at the artist’s discretion to suit the character and chibi-style 3D model.

A paid 3-View Color Rough option is available for clients who would like to review the front, side, and back designs before 3D modeling.
-
Up to two revision rounds are included at the color rough stage. When the 3-View Color Rough option is selected, the two-round limit applies to all views combined.

Once the color rough has been approved and 3D modeling has begun, further design-related revisions or additions are not included. Additional changes may require an extra fee.

Minor adjustments may be made when translating a 2D design into 3D and are not considered errors.
MODEL TEMPLATE & STYLE
-
All Chibi3D models are created using a fixed body template. Super Chibi3D and Adorable Chibi3D use a two-color eye design as the standard specification.

All newly created Chibi3D models include Perfect Sync (ARKit-compatible facial blendshapes for supported iOS face tracking) as a standard feature. A compatible device and face-tracking application are required.

Body-shape changes, additional design features, or custom eye designs may require an additional fee or may not be supported. Please request these before the commission is accepted.
CHIBI3D OUTFIT ADD-ONS
These terms apply to premade outfit add-on services for Chibi3D models.

Outfit Add-Ons are available only for Chibi3D models originally created by me and are made using the original model data retained at delivery.
-
Modifications made to the model after delivery will not be reflected in the new VRM file.
-
Outfit designs are fixed. Minor adjustments may be made to fit the original model.
-
Preset colors listed on the service page are included. Custom color requests may require an additional fee or separate quote.
-
WIP updates and client-requested revisions are not included unless otherwise stated on the service page.
-
Outfit versions are delivered as separate VRM files unless an outfit-switching option is included.
-
If the original model data cannot be used, I may decline the request.
CHIBI MODEL CHARACTERISTICS
-
Due to chibi-style proportions, clipping or deformation may occur in extreme poses, sitting positions, or certain tracking environments. This is an inherent model characteristic and is not considered a defect.

Requests to reduce such behavior may require additional fees or may not be technically feasible.
FIXES AND UPDATES
-
Please contact me within 30 days of delivery regarding clear technical errors caused by my work. Confirmed errors will be corrected free of charge.

Technical errors include objective issues such as missing parts, broken data, or content that clearly differs from the approved references. Personal preferences, software or platform changes, tracking environments, and requests for improvement are not considered technical errors and may require additional fees.
REFUNDS
-
The artist reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a breach of these terms.

Before payment, cancellation is free of charge.
-
After payment but before work has begun, a full refund will be issued excluding platform or transaction fees.
-
Work is considered started once initial setup, a rough sketch, or any 3D production has begun.
-
After work has begun, cancellations requested by the client are non-refundable.
-
If I cancel the commission for reasons unrelated to a breach of these terms, all payments will be fully refunded.
-
Surprise Me commissions are non-refundable once accepted.

Shop Terms
USE

This product is non-refundable.

The model may be used for streaming, videos, and monetized online content.

Sale of physical merchandise featuring the model requires prior permission and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.
-
Credit is appreciated but not required.
LIMITATIONS
-
Due to the stylized chibi proportions, clipping or deformation may occur during extreme poses, sitting positions, or certain tracking environments.
-
This behavior is a model characteristic and not a defect.
-
Compatibility with specific software or setups is not guaranteed.
FIXES
-
If there is a clear technical error in the delivered files, please contact me within 30 days of purchase.
-
Confirmed issues will be fixed free of charge.
-
Support after 30 days or environment-specific issues may not be guaranteed.
