Please read the terms below before commissioning or purchasing.

Commission Terms

GENERAL

  • Please submit your request via VGen or the contact form on this website.I will respond to inquiries within one week.

  • Prices are subject to change in the future.

  • I accept commissions for original characters or your own VTuber only.
    Characters owned by third parties are not accepted.

  • Models will be delivered in VRM format.

  • If you wish to use other formats (e.g., VRChat), please convert the model yourself.
    Functionality after conversion is not guaranteed.

  • For smooth progress, clients are kindly requested to respond within 3 days whenever possible.
    Delays in communication may result in schedule adjustments or deadline changes.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is required in advance.

  • For regular commissions, payment must be completed within 3 weeks after the invoice is sent.
    Your commission slot will only be reserved after the payment is completed.
    If the payment is not made within this period, the commission will be canceled automatically.

  • For Skeb-style commissions, payment is required immediately upon acceptance.

  • For commissions placed via VGen, payment must be made through the VGen system.

  • For commissions placed directly via this website, payment is accepted via PayPal only.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Estimated production time is approximately one month, depending on my schedule.

  • I will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed delivery deadline.
    However, the schedule may be adjusted in the event of delays caused by client responses, request changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • During the production period, I may work on personal or fan art projects; however, such activities will not affect the production schedule or delivery deadlines.

USE

  • All copyrights to the 3D model and any original work created by the artist remain with the artist.

  • The client may freely use the delivered 3D model for:

    • Streaming

    • Social media
      (e.g., X (Twitter), Twitch, YouTube, etc.)

  • Sale of physical merchandise featuring the model requires prior permission and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.

  • The use of my artwork and models for NFTs or AI-related purposes is strictly prohibited.

PORTFOLIO USE

  • Completed work may be shared as part of my portfolio and promotional materials after the client has publicly debuted or shared the model.

  • If you wish to keep the work private, please contact me in advance.
    Private (No Portfolio Use) requests may be available for an additional fee.

DESIGN REFERENCES & COLOR ROUGHS

  • Design references must be provided before production begins.
    Please ensure that all necessary details are included at the time of submission.

  • A color rough will be created based on the provided information.

  • Color roughs will be provided in front view only.

  • Side and back designs will be created based on the reference materials provided by the client and adjusted as necessary to ensure a natural balance suitable for chibi-style 3D models.

  • Submissions with front-view references only are also acceptable.
    In such cases, side and back designs will be finalized at the artist’s discretion to ensure proper 3D structure, visual consistency, and overall quality.

  • For non-Skeb-style commissions, up to two rounds of revisions, modifications, or adjustments are allowed at the color rough stage.

  • Once the color rough has been approved and modeling has begun, no further design-related revisions, modifications, or additions will be accepted.
    If necessary, additional changes may be considered with extra fees, depending on the content.

  • Due to the nature of converting 2D illustrations into 3D models, certain elements may differ from the original artwork. These adjustments are considered part of the 3D adaptation process and do not constitute an error.

MODEL TEMPLATE & STYLE

  • All Chibi3D models are created using a fixed body template.
    In addition, the eye design for Super Chibi3D and Adorable Chibi3D models is created with two colors as the standard specification.

  • The following requests may require additional fees, or may not be supported depending on the content:

    •  Changes to body shape or design specifications (for example: thicker thighs, additional eyelashes, etc.)

    • Customization of the eye design for Super Chibi3D and Adorable Chibi3D (for example: additional colors, special motifs, etc.)

  • If you would like to request any of the above, please include it in your submission or consult with me before placing your order.Requests added after the commission has been accepted may require additional fees or may not be supported.

CHIBI MODEL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Due to the nature of chibi-style proportions,
    clipping or deformation may occur during:

    • Extreme poses

    • Sitting positions

    • Certain tracking setups or software environments

  • This behavior is an inherent characteristic of chibi models
    and is not considered a defect or error.

  • Requests to completely eliminate such behavior:

    • may require additional fees, or

    • may not be technically feasible.

FIXES AND UPDATES

  • Please contact me within 30 days of delivery regarding any issues clearly caused by my technical error.
    Such issues will be corrected free of charge.

  • “Technical errors” are strictly limited to objective problems such as missing parts, broken data, or content that clearly differs from the approved references.

  • Issues caused by changes in the client’s environment, software updates, tracking setups, platform specifications, personal preferences, or requests for improvement or optimization are not considered errors.
    Such requests may require additional fees or may not be supported.

REFUNDS

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a breach of these terms.

  • Before payment: cancellation is free of charge.

  • After payment but before work has begun:
    a full refund will be issued (excluding platform or transaction fees).

  • ​Work is considered started once initial setup, rough sketch, or any 3D progress has begun.

  • After work has begun:
    cancellations requested by the client are not refundable.

  • If the artist cancels the order for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded.

  • Skeb-style commissions are handled differently.
    They are processed sequentially without a fixed production start date.
    For this reason, Skeb-style commissions are non-refundable once accepted.

COMMUNICATION

  • Communication may be conducted via:

    • Email

    • X (Twitter) DM

    • Discord

  • For VGen commissions, communication may also be conducted via VGen DM.

Shop Terms

USE

  • This product is non-refundable.

  • The model may be used for streaming, videos, and monetized online content.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.

  • Sale of physical merchandise featuring the model requires prior permission and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.

  • Credit is appreciated but not required.

LIMITATIONS

  • Due to the stylized chibi proportions, clipping or deformation may occur during extreme poses, sitting positions, or certain tracking environments.

  • This behavior is a model characteristic and not a defect.

  • Compatibility with specific software or setups is not guaranteed.

FIXES

  • If there is a clear technical error in the delivered files, please contact me within 30 days of purchase.

  • Confirmed issues will be fixed free of charge.

  • Support after 30 days or environment-specific issues may not be guaranteed.
