Terms of Service

Please submit your request via VGen or the contact form on this website.
I will respond to inquiries within one week.
Prices are subject to change in the future.
I accept commissions for original characters or your own VTuber only.
Characters owned by third parties are not accepted.
Models will be delivered in VRM format.
If you wish to use other formats (e.g., VRChat), please convert the model yourself.
Functionality after conversion is not guaranteed.

Payment is required in advance.
For regular commissions, payment must be completed by the day before the scheduled production start date.
For Skeb-style commissions, payment is required immediately upon acceptance.
For commissions placed via VGen, payment must be made through the VGen system.
For commissions placed directly via this website, payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Estimated production time is approximately one month, depending on my schedule.
I will adhere to the agreed delivery deadline.
During the production period, I may work on personal or fan art projects.
These activities will not affect delivery deadlines.

All copyrights to the artwork and 3D model remain with the artist.
The client may freely use the delivered 3D model for:
- Streaming
- Social media
  (e.g., X (Twitter), Twitch, YouTube, etc.)
Additional fees are required for merchandise production or commercial sales.
Please contact me in advance in such cases.

Completed work will be shared as part of my portfolio only after the client has publicly debuted or shared the model.
If the “Anonymous commission (No Portfolio Use)” option is selected, the work will remain private and will not be shared publicly as part of my portfolio.

The use of my artwork and models for NFTs or AI-related purposes is strictly prohibited.

Design references must be provided before production begins.
Please ensure that all necessary details are included at the time of submission.
A color rough will be created based on the provided information.
Color roughs will be provided in front view only.
Side and back designs will be created based on the reference materials provided by the client and adjusted as necessary to ensure a natural balance suitable for chibi-style 3D models.
Submissions with front-view references only are also acceptable.
In such cases, side and back designs will be finalized at the artist’s discretion to ensure proper 3D structure, visual consistency, and overall quality.
For non-Skeb-style commissions, up to two revisions are allowed at the color rough stage.
Once the color rough has been approved and modeling has begun, no further design revisions will be accepted.
Due to the nature of converting 2D illustrations into 3D models, certain elements may differ from the original artwork. These adjustments are considered part of the 3D adaptation process and do not constitute an error.

Due to the nature of chibi-style proportions,
clipping or deformation may occur during:
- Extreme poses
- Sitting positions
- Certain tracking setups or software environments
This behavior is an inherent characteristic of chibi models
and is not considered a defect or error.
Requests to completely eliminate such behavior:
- may require additional fees, or
- may not be technically feasible.

Please contact me within 30 days of delivery for any issues caused by my error.
Such fixes will be corrected free of charge.
Errors are defined as technical problems, missing parts, or incorrect delivery compared to approved references.
Requests made after 30 days, or requests involving:
- design changes
- usage conditions
- tracking behavior
- platform-specific adjustments
  may require additional fees or may not be supported.

The artist reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a breach of these terms.
Before payment: cancellation is free of charge.
After payment but before work has begun:
a full refund will be issued (excluding platform or transaction fees).
Work is considered started once initial setup, rough sketch, or any 3D progress has begun.
After work has begun:
cancellations requested by the client are not refundable.
If the artist cancels the order for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded.
Skeb-style commissions are handled differently.
They are processed sequentially without a fixed production start date.
For this reason, Skeb-style commissions are non-refundable once accepted.
